Method

Cook the rice according to their packet instructions.

Remove Silver Fern Farms Pure Beef Burgers with Rump from the freezer and packaging. Preheat BBQ or pan to high heat.

Reduce BBQ or pan to low-med heat. Add Beef Burgers and cook for 8 mins (5 mins if defrosted). Flip and pierce Beef Burgers to allow juices to run free. Cook for a further 4-6 mins (3-5 mins if defrosted).

Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the corn kernels along with the smoked paprika and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 mins, until the corn starts to colour. Remove the pan from the heat and set aside.

To prepare the avocado salsa, in a bowl, combine avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, coriander, lime juice and a good sprinkle of salt and pepper. Gently toss to combine. Set aside.

Divide the rice between bowls.

Top with black beans, corn kernels, lettuce, and a burger.

Spoon avocado salsa generously over the burger and serve.

Recommended Burger: Beef with Rump

We believe the very best burgers should be made with only the very best ingredients so you can create pure deliciousness at home. That's why these burgers contain 97% beef, a sprinkle of salt and pepper to season, and a touch of collagen to keep it tender and juicy. That's it. There's no room for anything else - there's no need for anything else... Just a touch of kindness.
