Ingredients

  • 1 large kumara, sliced very thinly (food processor or mandolin)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C

In a bowl combine – kumara slices, oil, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. Arrange kumara slices overlapping into 2-3 floret shapes on a lined baking tray.

Bake for 10-15 minutes until cooked and crispy.
