Ingredients

  • 4-6 radishes, finely sliced
  • 2 lebanese cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas, sliced lengthways
  • 1 cup curly kale leaves
  • 1 cup pea tendrils
  • ½ cup mint leaves
  • Juice of 2 limes

Method

Toss all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
