Express Interest

We are thrilled to announce that the new Awards will commence in 2018 with a new refreshed timeline. The entries will open in January and the judging will begin in March. The finalists will be announced in April and the competition will culminate with the Final Event held in June. We are excited about the opportunity this new timing creates for our chefs who will be able to take a full advantage of the finest freshest ingredients available in the season.

Last year, Paul Limacher of Chameleon Restaurant in Auckland was selected as the Premier Master of Fine Cuisine and overall winner. Who will win the title in 2018? If you aspire to become a part of the challenge now is the time to start thinking about your creation.
