Paul has collected a range of awards for his cuisine abilities during a career that has seen him leading several top Wellington dining establishments.

This includes holding the best NZ Seafood Restaurant title multiple times at Shed 5 as Executive Chef and winning Top Business Overall Winner Award at the Wellington Region Business Awards whilst Executive Chef at Cobar.

Paul is currently the Chef de Cuisine at InterContinental Wellington's flagship restaurant Chameleon, where he focuses his passion for food into creating innovative cuisine from the finest produce for both in-house guests and Wellingtonians alike. This focus has resulted in Chameleon winning a number of prestigious awards, including Silver Fern Farm Awards for Premier Master of Fine Cuisine, Best Metropolitan Restaurant and Best beef dish. In addition to this, Paul has also led Chameleon to be named in the Top 100 New Zealand Restaurants for 2017 and was awarded a hat at the Cuisine Good Food Awards.
