At Two Chefs Bistro Helen’s aim to source the best quality, seasonal & local produce for their global bistro menu. Vegetables, herbs, microgreens & lettuces are sourced from Helen’s own garden at home or the local Farmers' Market every Saturday. At Two Chefs Bistro everything is made from scratch including stocks, sauces, bread, icecream and cured meats.

The quality of Silver Fern Farms meat is excellent.

Helen has learnt her craft in a variety of restaurants throughout New Zealand and Australia and is now the head chef and owner of Two Chefs Bistro in Dunedin.
